Refund policy
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept buyer-remorse returns for wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, or accidental orders.
We will replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
To request help, email hello@pawlinegifts.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
